Went to see the Maya Lin show at the DeYoung Friday night. It's definitely worth the trip, especially if you're into maps. There are three major pieces in the show - one of which is the maquette and documentary photos of the making of her big piece across the street at the Academy of Sciences. There's also a really great series of carved atlases, but I didn't get any photos of those.
